Returns & Refunds Policy
Effective Date: August 1st, 2025
Survey This LLC (“Survey This,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides custom business-intelligence survey services to companies across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Because our services involve significant upfront work—including project setup, survey design, client onboarding, data collection, and analysis—we follow the refund policy described below.
Service Cancellations
Clients may request to cancel a service agreement; however, because Survey This begins work immediately upon engagement (including onboarding as a supplier/vendor, project scoping, survey configuration, and timelines), cancellations may not always qualify for a refund.
If work has not yet begun on your service project, you may request cancellation at no cost.
If work has begun, including any portion of project setup, survey development, outreach, data collection, or analysis, the fees for work completed up to the cancellation date remain payable and may not be refundable, even if payment has not yet been received from the client.
If the project has been fully completed, no refunds will be issued.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are evaluated case by case and depend on the status of the project at the time of your cancellation request.
A refund may be issued only if:
No substantive work has been performed yet and
Survey This has already received payment for the service.
A refund cannot be issued if:
Survey work has already begun or been completed
Survey This has not yet been paid by the client (due to internal vendor approval timelines, AP processing cycles, etc.)
The services delivered are custom, tailored, or unique to your organization (as these cannot be “returned”)
How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To request cancellation or a refund evaluation, please contact us with a clear written statement at:
Please include:
Company name
Service or project name
Invoice or reference number (if applicable)
Reason for the request
We will review your request and provide a determination within 10 business days.
Payment Terms
Payments for service agreements follow the payment methods and timelines established with each client during the vendor or supplier onboarding process.
Work performed before payment is received remains fully billable.
Refunds (if any apply) will be issued only after Survey This has received payment from the client.
Any approved refund will be processed within 30 days of approval, using the same method of payment originally used.
Non-Refundable Services
Due to their nature, the following services are non-refundable once initiated:
Custom surveys designed specifically for the client
Benchmarking reports tailored to a specific operation or location
Completed or ongoing data collection phases
Delivered insights, results reports, or dashboards
Any service where labor, customization, or analysis has already been performed
