By engaging Survey This services or by using the Survey This website, you agree to the applicable terms described below.

SECTION I — TERMS OF SERVICE (CONTRACTUAL TERMS)

1. Scope of Services

Survey This provides customized business-intelligence services, including but not limited to:

- Business surveys and benchmarking

- Market insights and analysis

- Customized question development

- Survey distribution and data collection

- Result aggregation, anonymization, and reporting

- Presentations and executive briefings

2. Project Initiation

Service work typically begins immediately after:

1. Written confirmation or acceptance of a proposal,

2. Completion of the client’s vendor/supplier onboarding process,,

3. Agreement on timelines and deliverables.

3. Payment Terms

- All services are invoiced according to the fee schedule in the proposal.

- Payments are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice.

- Work performed before payment is received remains fully billable.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

- If no substantive work has begun, the client may cancel without cost.

- If work has begun, fees for completed work remain due.

- Completed projects are non-refundable.

- Refunds are assessed case by case and only after payment has been received.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

- Provide accurate and timely information for project execution.

- Communicate promptly regarding approvals and updates.

- Complete internal compliance and vendor setup.

- Maintain confidentiality of Survey This proprietary materials.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

- Survey results are delivered in aggregated or anonymized format.

- No identifiable company information is disclosed without approval.

- Both parties agree to safeguard confidential information.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated:

- All methodologies, templates, dashboards, and reports remain intellectual property of Survey This.

- Clients receive a license for internal use only.

8. Limitations of Liability

Survey This is not liable for:

- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

- Decisions made by the client based on survey results.

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

9. No Warranty

Survey This does not guarantee:

- Response rates

- Accuracy of client-provided data

- Achievement of any specific business objective

10. Termination

Either party may terminate:

- For convenience (if no work has begun)

- For material breach with notice

Outstanding invoices remain payable for completed work.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
